Return Policy:

If your order was filled correctly, I am unable to give a return or exchange on any fabric. 

If your order was filled incorrectly, and I accidentally sent you the wrong item. I will kindly send you the correct item, and pay your postage to return the item I gave you in error. 

If you purchased a notion, it is still in its original unused condition, and packaging is perfect. I will exchange for store credit. However, with that being said, it is your responsibility to mail it back to me, and at your cost to do so.

 
Shipping Policy:

Shipping costs start at $10.00, UPS automatically insures your package for $100.00. Insurance will cover your claim if you file a claim within 10 days of package pickup. If you fail to let Sew Enchanting Equine Quilt Shop know your package did not arrive. We cannot use the insurance for replacement value and Sew Enchanting Equine Quilt Shop is not liable for the lost or damaged products. 

For larger purchases additional insurance is available for purchase.

 If your item purchased is more than $100.00 value, it is at your discretion to increase the insurance based upon your orders value, to fully protect your shipment during transport.  Sew Enchanting Equine is not liable for lost or damaged products once they leave our shop.

Shipping of quilts: Clients pay for shipping their quilt to me and pay for it to be returned to the client.

Class Registration & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to take a class at Sew Enchanting Equine Quilt Shop! My goal is to provide a fun, educational, and personalized experience for every student. Because class sizes are intentionally kept small, each registration reserves a seat exclusively for you.

All class registrations are final. Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once your registration is received, your seat is reserved, and I begin planning for instructors, classroom space, supplies, and materials based on the number of students enrolled.

I understand that unexpected illnesses, emergencies, and scheduling conflicts happen. However, because a last-minute cancellation often leaves an empty seat that cannot be filled, I am unable to issue refunds or store credit.

The only exception is if your seat can be filled by another paying student before the class begins. If I am able to fill your reserved seat, I will gladly issue a store credit for the class fee.
